William got this great little German bike at a garage sale last year… he doesn’t pedal it yet, and he tends to steer out towards the street when he sees a “doggie” but he loves going around the block a few times.

We spent about 15 minutes playing peek-a-boo with William in his pampers box. A couple of times he demanded “up”, which means he wants out of the box, only to say “up” again so that we would put him back in it.

80 Degrees in Portland on Saturday! We went to Sauvie Island (at the confluence of the Columbia & Willamette Rivers). William ran around in the sand, stuck his hand in the freezing water, ate an apple, and had a great time all in all.
